This is a newer style Invacare control box manufactured by Linak and used on Invacare’s IVC hospital beds. The box takes 6 pin plugs from the two motors on the bed, and the four button hand control (our part #81006-A10) has a 10 pin telephone style plug with a round housing with a green O ring around it. If your control box looks like this one on your Invacare semi-electric bed, then this will be the correct control box.
