The # 11880 controls are primarily used on Med Lift chairs; it has six buttons on the control, as well as a five pin plug on the end of the cord. The control is distinguishable in that it has a rectifier built in to the cord. As long as the control you have has the number 11880 on it, it will be the correct one for your chair.
